Our most popular offering! For beginner through advanced climbers. Available in the breath taking and world class Mammoth Lakes and Bishop climbing areas of the Eastern Sierra, Southern California's world famous Joshua Tree National Park, or in the Bay Area's enchanted Castle Rock State Park. Half days are great for an introduction to climbing, a family outing, or brush up on your climbing skills. Half days usually consist of top-roping, or single pitch routes, but can include multi-pitch routes for experienced climbers. The provision of the following climbing gear is included in our rates: climbing shoes, harness, helmet and belay device. Chalk bags will not be provided. Transportation, lodging and food will not be provided. Customary gratuities for guides typically range from 15-20% of the trip cost and are not included in our trip prices listed below.

The Sierra Rock Climbing Schools programs implement  the highest of industry standards for professional rock climbing instruction, rock climbing schools, rock climbing lessons, rock climbing classes, rock climbing courses and rock climbing instructors. All of the Sierra Rock Climbing Schools programs operate in partnership with and under permit from the Inyo National Forest Service and Joshua Tree National Park. The Sierra Rock Climbing Schools programs are conducted on a regular basis in Mammoth Lakes, Bishop and Joshua Tree National Park.
