About Our Guides: Our guides want to be climbing with
you and highly value building a long lasting relationship with you! Our
guides and instructors are not only experienced, skilled and trained
professional rock climbing guides and instructors, they are also
caring, fun and inspiring. We have carefully chosen our small team of
guides and instructors in order to ensure you are provided with the
absolute best and most personable climbing instruction and guiding
services. We pride ourselves on hiring guides and instructors who will
provide you with a safety conscious, valuable, fun, rewarding and
memorable rock climbing experience. Furthermore, we hire our rock
climbing guides and instructors based on an extremely stringent set of
standards. Hence, we do not hire guides and instructors just simply
because they have some prior climbing and/or guiding/instructing
experience. Our guides and instructors possess the following world
class attributes: Exceptional people skills and teaching skills, PCGI
rock climbing guide training, extensive personal climbing experience, a
wealth of guided climbing and instruction experience, vast amounts of
guided climbing knowledge, intimate local rock
climbing knowledge and extensive
rock climbing guiding experience.

Where We are Located:
Our programs are conducted in Mammoth Lakes & Bishop, Ca (5 hours
from most Southern California locations, 3 Hours from Reno Nevada &
5.5 hours from Bay Area) and Joshua Tree
National Park, Ca. (2.5 hours from most Southern California locations)
Climb with PCGI Trained & Certified Climbing Guides: Our guides are PCGI trained guides. PCGI
trained and certified guides undergo comprehensive professional rock
climbing guide training and assessment for certification. PCGI training
promotes experiential and empowering professional rock climbing guide
training and certification programs. PCGI is a non-profit certifying
body accepted by the U.S. Government/Department of the Interior, as
requirement for rock climbing guides operating in in the majority of National Parks that require certification.
In House Guide Training: On top of nationally recognized rock climbing guide
training and certifications, all of our guides are also required to
participate in our own mandatory rock climbing guide trainings.
Emergency Medical Training: All of our guides and instructors also have
emergency medical training from at least one of the following
organizations and some programs that are not listed.
