attention from our guides! Be guided up a classic Sierra multi-pitch
route, get training for tackling longer/bigger climbing routes, go top
roping, crack climbing, slab climbing, sport climbing and/or get
specific rock climbing instruction on techniques, gear placement,

anything else you may be interested in. Individuals, family groups or
groups of friends are welcome! The day or days are yours and our guides
are focused on you and only you. The provision of the following
climbing gear is included in our rates: climbing shoes, harness, helmet
and belay device. Chalk bags will not be provided. Transportation, lodging and
food will not be provided. The customary
gratuity for guides is 15-20% of the trip cost and is not included in
any of our listed prices.

group of friends, an introduction to climbing, family outings, birthday parties, bachelor parties, or
brush up on your climbing skills. Half days usually consist of single
pitch climbing and/or top rope climbing. The provision of the following
climbing gear is included in our rates: climbing shoes, harness, helmet
and belay device. Chalk bags will not be provided. Transportation and
food are not provided. Lodging in Joshua Tree can be provided for extra fees. Customary gratuities for guides typically range

Come
join us for a weekend or two weekdays of rock climbing in the
unforgettably beautiful Eastern Sierra or Joshua Tree National Park.
Our rock weekends are for beginner through advanced rock
climbers. SRCS Rock Weekends are focused on doing lots of fun climbing,
as well as starting to learn about gear placement, building anchors,
rappelling and possible multi-pitch climbing. This is also a great way
to begin making the transition from the climbing gym to real outdoor
rock climbing! Rock Weekends are are six hours long per day and are
conducted in small groups of 2-6
people. The
provision of the following climbing gear is included in our rates:
climbing shoes, harness, helmet and belay device. Chalk bags will not
be provided (and are not neccisary).
Transportation, lodging and food is not included or provided.
Customary gratuities for guides typically range from 15-20% of the trip

Sierra
Rock Climbing School offers rock climbing guide training and
certification courses
via mentors and assessors approved by the Professional Climbing
Guides Institute (PCGI). PCGI is a nationally recognized non-profit
organization that develops and governs rock climbing guide training and
certification standards. PCGI certification has been accepted and is
required by many units of the National Park Service including Joshua
Tree National Park for rock climbing
guides
and/or rock climbing guide services obtaining commercial rock climbing
guide permits.

The Sierra Rock Climbing School offers a
comprehensive Military Climbing Training Program. We have worked
extensively with U.S. special forces including but not limited to the
U.S. Army Delta Force. We will help your unit gain the knowledge and
skills needed to be prepared for effective and safety conscious
military climbing operations. We will bring your Special Forces Team or
any U.S. Military unit up to date on all modern climbing techniques
including but not limited to belaying, rappelling, multi-pitch
climbing, lead climbing, aid climbing, self rescue, improvised rescue
and all modern climbing safety protocols and guidelines. We offer the
best and most specialized military climbing services available and the
